fine handmade furniture, in Linlithgow, SCOTLAND

'The creative team behind Method has long been passionate about furniture design, and the use of locally sourced natural materials. The M74 strore is our passion project to re-engage with something we've lost; to create and exhibit handmade work for private customer's homes. The kind of furniture we'd like to live with'

Located at number 74 the High Street in the Historic Royal Burgh of Linlithgow (our local town) M74 is a new destination furniture shop from Method's co-founders Marisa & Callum. The store carries a new collection of elegant, considered handmade pieces - designed to celebrate all that we love about working in wood - and handmade at our workshop in Beecraigs Country Park (less than 3 miles away)

All furniture pieces are available on a made-to-order basis exclusively from the store, or through the online-store. The store is also the place to discuss bespoke furniture commissions.

M74 also carries the remarkable figurative wood-carvings of Callum's father, David Robinson, and stunning contemporary blown glass from legendary North Yorkshire glass makers Gillies Jones
